Welcome to our games! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications and corporate website (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or playing our games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility and EU Consumer Disclosures
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
EU Right of Withdrawal: If you are a resident of the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you explicitly acknowledge that when purchasing Virtual Items (defined below), you request immediate performance and thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the digital content is delivered to your account.
2. No Personal Data Collection
We prioritize your privacy. Our games are designed so that we do not collect, store, or request any of your personal data (such as your name, email address, physical address, or date of birth).
Your game progress and purchases are tied entirely to your device ID or your platform account (Apple App Store / Google Play Store).

3. Limited License & Intellectual Property
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download and play our games solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services—including but not limited to game code, artwork, graphics, music, sound effects, themes, and character designs—are owned exclusively by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of our games.
4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases
Our games may include virtual currency, tokens, points, or in-game digital items (collectively, "Virtual Items").
No Cash Value: Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. They possess no real-world monetary value and do not constitute personal property. They cannot be exchanged for "real" money, goods, or services from us or any third party.
Finality of Purchases: All purchases of Virtual Items made through third-party platform stores (Apple App Store or Google Play) are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or platform policies.
Game Balancing: We reserve the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time for game balance or technical reasons, without any liability to you.
5. User Conduct and Ban Policy
To keep our gaming community safe and fair, you agree not to engage in any toxic, fraudulent, or harmful behavior. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game experience.
- Exploiting game bugs or glitches for an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in toxic behavior, harassment, hate speech, or abusing other players in any public communication channels we provide.
- Disrupting the normal flow of gameplay or acting in a manner that negatively impacts other users.
Termination Rule: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to permanently or temporarily ban your device, terminate your access to the game, and revoke any Virtual Items without notice or liability if you violate these conduct rules.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
As-Is Basis: The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the games.
EU Consumer Exception: If you reside in the EU, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death/personal injury resulting from our negligence.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
For Residents Outside the EU: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
For EU Residents: The laws of your country of residence will apply to any disputes, and you may bring legal proceedings in your local consumer courts.
8. Refunds Flow
Because our games utilize third-party mobile platforms for monetization, all monetary transactions are handled directly by the platform operators.
For iOS Players
If you play on an Apple device, you must contact Apple Support directly to request a refund. We cannot process refunds for iOS.

Alternatively, you may contact our support team within 7 days of purchase at support@stackjoy.gg. To evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis, you must provide your official Google Play order number and a screenshot of your digital receipt.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our games or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document or via an in-game announcement. Your continued use of the games after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
